The Kanak Parakh Foundation and KAPAAS (Flagship Legacy Program by GV Prasad & Family powered by Kanak Parakh Foundation) proudly contributed towards the construction of a durable well designed Classrooms for a school building in Pimple Village, in collaboration with the Round Table India Foundation. This initiative reflects our commitment to strengthening rural education infrastructure and enabling better learning environments for children.

About the Implementation Partner

Round Table India (RTI) is a volunteer-led, non-political, and non-sectarian organization committed to service, fellowship, and goodwill. Through its flagship initiative, Freedom Through Education (FTE), RTI has developed and upgraded school infrastructure across India, ensuring access to safe and modern educational spaces.

About the receiving partner

The beneficiary of this initiative is the school at Pimple Purandhar, a government aided secondary school serving students up to Class 10, with 40 to 50 students per grade. Round Table India Trust is the implementation partner channelling support to the school on the ground.

Project Need

Pimple Village faced a shortage of proper school infrastructure, impacting the quality of education. The project aimed to build a safe, durable, and functional school facility that could support students and teachers effectively. The school at Pimple Purandhar had existing infrastructure but faced a growing shortage of classrooms and labs to accommodate its students. With 40 to 50 students per grade up to Class 10, the available space was no longer adequate for a functional learning environment. This initiative aimed to directly address that gap.
